Paul brings more than three decades of experience as a successful life sciences executive. His career includes commercial leadership roles at global pharmaceutical companies such as Johnson & Johnson (Centocor), EMD Serono, and Sanofi-Aventis (RPR), as well as key positions within specialty pharmaceutical start-ups including Cell Therapeutics (CTI Biopharma) and Solstice Neurosciences.
In addition to his industry leadership, Paul has delivered strategic guidance and practical solutions as a consultant with Blue Fin Group and Protean LLC, giving him a uniquely broad perspective across pharmaceutical, commercial, and financial operations.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Holy Family University and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University.
With over 38 years of experience across U.S. and international pharmaceutical, biotech, biosimilar, generic, and medical device markets, Ron offers deep expertise in sales, commercial operations, global supply chain planning, distribution, and logistics program development.
During his tenure as Vice President of Business Operations at Johnson & Johnson, Ron oversaw corporate channel strategy and trade partnership management for an $18 billion portfolio. His earlier career included leadership and product management roles with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging start-ups, including Rhone Poulenc, Rhone Poulenc Rorer, Arcola Labs, and Centocor.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada.
